What people experience from around the world
“It has been a joy and honor to teach alongside Jeet and Ratika at Karuna Care Association. I’ve seen how deeply they listen, how sensitively they respond, and how thoughtfully they address both spoken and unspoken questions. Their work goes beyond education; they nurture emotional resilience and inner growth in their students.
I consider both of them to be my own teachers, as I continue to learn from their wisdom, empathy, and presence. I hope many more students have the opportunity to learn under their guidance.”
Farzad Motishaw | Kolkatta, India“Studying the Drama Triangle and Non-violent Communication with Yamuna Jivana (Jeet) and Sri Radhika (Ratika) has been deeply inspiring. Their courses are thoughtfully crafted, blending traditional yoga philosophy with real-life experience in a warm, inclusive atmosphere. I now feel personally connected with them and trust deeply in the quality of their work.”
Mangala Maja Vrieling | Durbuy, Belgium“I loved the NVC method. My whole view of the world is slowly changing, and my relationships are becoming more peaceful. I keep repeating to myself: everyone is doing the best they can to fulfill their needs. When I remember this, my expectations drop. I’ve had so many realizations and reflections, and they keep coming. I’m also becoming kinder to myself. It’s incredible. During the course, the instructors shared personal examples, spoke honestly, and often brought humor into the sessions. Because of this, I felt engaged, relaxed, and inspired. It met my need for authenticity, clarity, and connection while learning the NVC model.”

"The content they teach is very practical and applicable for everyday interactions in life. One thing I particularly appreciated was the use of real-life examples from personal experience, which made the concepts easier to understand and more relatable. They have excellent presentation skills with strong empathy toward participants, always making everyone feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences."
Lingaraju Pammina | Naperville, USARatika’s courses didn't just teach me skills—they opened my heart. Thanks to her patient, real-life guidance, I now connect with people more deeply. Even more meaningful is how her guidance and expertise pulled my spiritual practice off the surface and rooted it deep in my heart, where it actually lives. I cannot recommend her enough.
Zhang Meilu | Shanghai, China
“The teachers of the course were very understanding and helpful for making us understand the concepts based on real life scenarios. Also, I found these topics helpful in my dealings with others and building relationships which are not superficial. The flow of the course and the content was also very nice including the slides, discussion, questions and answers, and also the practical demonstrations where we shared our practical situations and how can we apply these techniques to respond better.”
Aditya Jaiswal | Kolkatta, India“Their class was very grounding. The class material was very crisp, extremely well communicated, and their meticulous planning and delivery showed their dedication. I found the class very interactive and I could relate to the struggles of others. These classes helped me introspect and understand myself a little better than before. I hope that we can be part of their orbit. I am amazed by the knowledge and the clarity with which both Jeet and Ratika could communicate. They were really vulnerable and their sincerity and dedication was really evident. They truly have been inspiring, not only for the knowledge they have, but also in terms of keeping it real as spiritualists. They are God-sent.”
“I liked the breakout practice sessions, the way the content was connected to yoga traditions, and that the content with delivered with much vulnerability. The way the instructors brought personal experiences as examples to the content made me comfortable to share my personal challenges too.”
Srinivas Raghavan & Sugetha Chandrasekar | California, USA“I appreciate the association and sharing within the course. Listening to others allowed me to reflect on my own experiences. In addition, I really enjoyed the content of the course because I learned so much about my way of being in situations. The exercises challenged me to become aware of my chosen orientation in certain situations so that I can consider ways to pivot in later circumstances.”
Antonette Bailey | Long Island, USA
“The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, as was the interaction between the instructors and the students and among both instructors themselves. The entire approach was great; very substantive on one hand, yet filled with humor and personal insights on the other. I think your vibrant and honest approach is wonderful. I hope it'll spread like a virus”

“I had the privilege of working closely with Ratika Dayaldasani during her time as H/R Director at digitalLIFT, and I can say without hesitation that her approach to leadership is both deeply compassionate and highly effective. She brings a rare combination of empathy, clarity, and steadiness to her work, particularly during complex and challenging moments. What stood out most was her ability to navigate difficult organizational realities, including periods of transition and resource constraints, with thoughtfulness and integrity. She consistently centered people while also ensuring that decisions were handled with professionalism and care. Her communication style fosters trust, encourages openness, and creates space for individuals to feel seen and supported. Ratika’s strength lies not only in her technical expertise across H/R functions, but in her commitment to building healthier, more human-centered workplace cultures. Her work reflects a deep understanding of the role empathy and emotional intelligence play in sustainable leadership. I’m grateful to have worked alongside her and would highly recommend her to any organization or individual seeking to grow with intention and compassion.”

“Ratika joined our organization through a fellowship program, and it quickly became clear how valuable her expertise was during a critical period for our team. She provided thoughtful coaching and played a key role in helping us navigate a particularly challenging time. What stood out most was her calm, strategic approach as we worked through a cash flow crisis. She supported me and other directors in making sound decisions while also helping us build stronger, more sustainable habits as leaders. Ratika also facilitated regular staff workshops on topics such as navigating difficult conversations and improving time management, which were both practical and impactful. She consistently brought a sense of clarity and composure to our meetings, and that steadiness had a positive, ripple effect across the organization.”

“Over the past five years, Ratika’s contribution to our education and training system has been sustained, deep, and truly transformative. She has led four full rounds of Empathetic Communication courses for Chinese devotees, reaching approximately 300 participants. Currently, she is teaching a 12-session course with over 120 participants in this single cohort. What makes her contribution especially meaningful is not only the number of people she has reached, but the depth of impact she brings. She has helped us integrate empathetic communication from what was once considered a peripheral “soft skill” into the very heart of our training system. Today, it has become a foundational competency for every teacher and facilitator in our community. Beyond the classroom, her dedication is remarkable. After each course, she personally responds to participants’ questions — ranging from emotional struggles and relationship challenges to deeper doubts on the devotional path. Many participants remain committed throughout the entire course because they feel genuinely heard and understood. This has significantly improved our course completion and engagement. More importantly, her presence has contributed to a subtle but profound cultural shift within our system. Where there was once more focus on knowledge and external behavior, there is now increasing space for emotional awareness, empathy, and inner responsibility. This has transformed the way we communicate, resolve conflicts, and even design our programs. Looking ahead, we are now moving toward developing internal teacher training and empathy facilitator programs. She is not focused on quick delivery — she is deeply committed to ensuring that these capacities take root within the system. As one of her close collaborators in China, what I respect most is not only her consistent service over the years, but the authenticity with which she embodies what she teaches. She does not simply teach a method — she lives it. If you are looking for someone who can not only teach empathetic communication, but also help cultivate a culture of genuine connection and transformation within a community, I wholeheartedly recommend her. Her contribution to the Chinese devotional community continues to unfold.”
