Partnership Parenting with
Nonviolent Communication
Find support on your parenting journey through coaching on live situations
“There is nothing like parenting to show you your shortcomings and less-than-perfect places. There is no one like your own child to test your relationship ability and agility in the moment, over and over and over again. And to let you know when your walk does not match your talk. With so many mirrors held up to your humanness, there is the possibility for great learning.”

Meet the Facilitator
Ratika Dayaldasani is a co-founder of The Atma Center for Empathic Leadership, a certified Empathic Communication Trainer, and a Nonviolent Communication Certification Candidate. Having homeschooled her two (now teenaged) sons their entire lives, Ratika’s primary grounding comes from the lived, everyday journey of parenting—learning alongside her children through every milestone and the vital repair work she does when she falls short of her own values. Her commitment to supporting families is backed by over two decades of experience in creating a village for nurturing youth and volunteering within the field of children’s education.
Ratika companions parents through empathy for the many responsibilities they juggle in today’s complex world, through her own experience of integrating her mothering with her professional life of providing Human Resources leadership for a nonprofit organization, conducting coaching sessions & training workshops for international audiences, authoring a book, and showing up in service for her community. Being a first generation immigrant in the United States, she intimately understands the complexities of raising cross-cultural youth.
Through the real, messy, and deeply rewarding experience of raising children, Ratika orients to parenting as an ongoing practice of presence and grace. She supports parents not as an infallible expert who protects an image of perfection, but as a humble fellow traveler and a living teacher, who is visibly on the path herself - struggling, discovering, and changing.
$50 per month for Developed Economies. $25 per month for Emerging Economies. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, to allow time for you to apply the principles we will be discussing.
