Meet the Facilitator
Ratika Dayaldasani is a co-founder of The Atma Center for Empathic Leadership, a certified Empathic Communication Trainer, and a Nonviolent Communication Certification Candidate. Having homeschooled her two (now teenaged) sons their entire lives, Ratika’s primary grounding comes from the lived, everyday journey of parenting—learning alongside her children through every milestone, pivot, and breakthrough. Her commitment to supporting families is backed by over two decades of volunteering within the field of children’s education.
In her professional life, Ratika serves as Head of Human Resources at Hack the Hood, facilitates international communication workshops, and is currently authoring her first book, Priti: at the Crossroads of Bhakti and Nonviolent Communication.
Through the real, messy, and deeply rewarding experience of raising children, Ratika intimately understands that parenting is an ongoing practice of presence and grace. She supports parents not as an infallible expert, but as a humble fellow traveler guided by the motto, "I teach best what I most need to learn." Orienting through a tender lens to the many responsibilities today’s parents juggle, Ratika companions parents through empathy.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, and is a Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
$50 per month for Developed Economies. $25 per month for Emerging Economies. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required, to allow time for you to apply the principles we will be discussing.
